Salman Khan’s upcoming movie Bharat is all set to release on Eid, just within the next few days. The movie stars Katrina Kaif, Tabu, Disha Patani, and Jackie Shroff in lead roles. While Katrina and Tabu have worked with Salman in the past, whereas this is Disha’s first association with Salman Khan. And Bhai ki movie is always a treat for his fans. So people are eagerly waiting for this Eid Blockbuster of Salman Khan.
Bhai’s Bharat movie is the remake of a blockbuster movie. Did you know that? Ode To My Father is a South Korean supernova film released in the year 2014. And Bharat is an adaptation of this superhit Koren drama directed by Yoon Je-Kyoon which remains the 4th highest grossing movie of South Korean cinema.
And Salman Khan plays the role of Deok-soo, played by Hwang Jung-min.

Ode To My Father is a South Korean movie that portrays modern Korean history since the 1950s to the present day in virtue of the life of an ordinary man Deok-soo, as he goes through a few circumstances such as the Hungnam Evacuation of 1950 amidst the Korean War.
This is the 4th highest grossing movie of South Korea and it sold 14.2 million tickets. and earned US$ 105 million out of the budget of US$ 13.1 million.
The movie won several awards (2015) including Grand Bell Award For Best Actor, Best Film, Best Cinematography, Best Sound Recording, Best Screenplay, Best Supporting actor and Many More
Deok-soo’s father hands over the responsibility of his family to Deok-soo as he goes in search of his sister. He promises his father to be the head of the family in his absence. He takes up the responsibility as promised.
Due to financial circumstances he travels to Europe to work in a German coal mine and falls in love with another migrant co-worker, a nurse Young-ja. And after some time he leaves Germany as his visa expires. A pregnant Young-ja returns to Korea and they get married.
A few years later in the year 1983, he gets reunited with his missing sister Mak-soon through a TV show for the people separated during the havoc of The Korean War.
And then in the present day, Deok-soo has become old decides to sell his aunt’s shop which he had kept despite not earning good money through it. And in the flashback, it is shown that his father promised him to reunite with his family at the same shop. He tells this to his wife sadly reflecting that his father must be too old to be alive by now. So there are no hopes of him coming back and reunite with us.
Salman Khan will be parading five different looks as his journey from a young boy to the old man. It is being released on 5th June 2019 on the auspicious occasion of Eid. Bharat movie is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and is produced by Alvira Agnihotri, Atul Agnihotri, Krishan Kumar, Bhushan Kumar, Salman Khan under the banners of Reel Life Productions, T-Series and Salman Khan Films.
Priyanka Chopra left this movie in just few days before the filming started and was replaced by Katrina Kaif to play the role of Kumud (Original character of Young-ja played by Yunjin Kim).
Bharat movie is expected to show an extraordinary journey of an ordinary man Bharat parallel to the journey of India after independence.
The songs of Bharat are already out and have become the chartbusters. The slow motion song of Salman Khan along with Disha Patani has won hearts of the fans and has won youtube too. T-Series has become the first youtube channel to have 100 million plus subscribers after the Bharat songs were released on youtube.
